- AWE Computer: This is a special computer for kids that has a variety of games and learning activities geared towards different ages. This is in-house only.
- Storytime and other special events: Please check the library calendar for current events.
Technology
- Wifi: Totally free! Our network is EPLwifi. There is no password.
- Computers: Don't have your own computer? Use one of ours. We have Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Publisher installed (in-house). We also have headphones and a usb for you to check out (in-house).
Additional Services
- Interlibrary Loan (ILL): Want something we don't have locally? We are able to request many items from other libraries throughout the state.
- Kansas Library E-Card: Provides access to free downloadable e-books, audiobooks, genealogy, databases and more from the comfort of your own home! Ask at the front desk for your free card!
- Talking Books: If you have vision problems or a physical disability, this free program may help. Ask at the front desk for eligibility requirements.
- Proctoring: We do proctor tests. Check with the library staff for availability and to schedule a session.
- Meeting Room: Use our public meeting room for your special event. There is no charge, but we do appreciate donations for utilities. Our room has a small kitchenette containing a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. We also have a projection system. Visit or call the library to make your reservation and learn about our room use policy. NO SALES EVENTS.
- Programs: Check our calendar for special events!
- Speakers Bureau: Need a speaker for your organization? Library staff are available to talk about library services, programming, technology, etc. - just call us to schedule.
Miscellaneous
- Printing: You are able to print in black & white from our computers for $0.10 per page.
- Copying: Black & white copies are $0.10 per page. Color copies are $0.50 per page.
- Faxing: Faxes are $1.00 per page (whether incoming or outgoing), plus a free cover sheet is provided.
- Genealogy: Looking for family info? Local history items (obituary files, cemetery records, old newspapers, etc.) are found at the Greenwood County Historical Society located at 120 W. 4th St., Eureka, KS 67045.
