EUREKA PUBLIC LIBRARY WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  We will reopen the library when health officials deem it safe to do so.
If you have items checked out (including interlibrary loan) that come due during this time, we will automatically renew them and no fines will be charged.  If you receive automatic email notices for overdues, please ignore any you receive during this time.
All library programming has been postponed until further notice and we are accepting no new reservations for the meeting room at this time.
The Wi-Fi will stay on and may be accessed from the front parking lot.
If you haven’t signed up for free digital books, you may want to consider this option.  Please call the library (583-6222) and leave a message on the answering machine.  We will check messages daily, give you a call back, sign you up and walk you through the set-up procedure.
The decision to close was not made lightly but the health of or patrons and staff is the most important thing to us.  We are taking this action after consulting with the local health department and following the recommendations of various library officials.  We will reopen as soon as we can safely serve you.
